I'll confess, this is beginning to get a bit tired. The plot follows a rather predictable "government screws everything up, clever doctor has to fix it" system that this series has done to death. Eventually, the evil government bit becomes overplayed, though that does give this episode its best moment, when the government liaison stands up for herself and the concept of bureaucracy.
It's comfortable. It's practically The Archers but with doctors instead of farmers. If you like it, you'll keep listening. And it's only a lost half hour if you don't.
