Best Anime of Spring 2018

Now we're between the Spring and Summer seasons of anime, it seems like an excellent time to sum up the best anime of the recent Spring season. These are the ones that if you've missed, you might want to go back and catch-up before you start the Summer.

Aggretsuko is the story of a red panda who works in a stressful office job, and only manages to cope with the power of scream metal. Good for anyone who has to deal with office colleagues, particularly of the sexist kind.

Young mangaka artists live in a dorm together in Comic Girls, attempting to both draw manga worth publishing and grow emotionally. Mostly adorable, as they tend to cry a lot and then reassure each other.

In Golden Kamuy, a soldier and young child hunter team up to find, murder and skin a collection of prisoners, in order to follow the codes in their tattoos to a massive pile of gold.

Hinamatsuri is what you get if your psychokinetic living child weapon ends up being fostered by a happy-go-lucky mob enforcer. Come for the risk of death, stay for the children attempting to tend bar.

Three children attempt to defend their town from such evils as a bit of litter, a cat that looks like a panda and a slightly sarcastic policeman in Mitsuboshi Colors. It'll make you go "awwww".

Geeks just about manage to date in Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku. They tend to be very bad at it. (The main pair. Background couple are basically living "nerd couple goals".)

Yotsuiro Biyori is a traditional style tea house run by entirely too pretty boys who also happen to be the nicest people on the entire planet. Gets the Girl's stamp of approval.

Have I missed anything? Since, alas, this isn't my day job, I can't watch everything out in a season, so shout at me in the comments if you think there's something I should have included.
